Yes, payment is collected before the inspection. Up front payment guarantees you have an inspection booked and also guarantees we are inspecting your property that day. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and cash. If paying by credit card, a small processing fee applies. Cancellation refunds are available.
